In order for Habot to effectively offer it's products on a nationwide basis, several agents and distributors have been appointed throughout South Africa.

An Agent, as described in Habot's definition, is a person who seeks out business (sales) for the range of lubricants on offer. Should a company or person place an order on Habot for product, as a direct result of the 'agents' marketing activity, then that agent shall be entitled to a 15% commission on such sales. Habot is responsible for invoicing and delivery of product.

A Distributor, by Habot's definition, is a company(or other legal business entity) which, by agreement will be allocated a specific geographical area in which that distributor has the right to market Habot products. For such a right, the distributor is asked to pay an initial minimal fee, in exchange for intensive product and marketing training. The fee also includes initial stocks of promotional and marketing material. The distributor must carry stock in order to provide a professional service to their clients. The distributor purchases product from Habot at a discount of 27,5% and is extended a 30 day credit facility, while invoicing to the client is the function of the distributor.

Habot is continually seeking highly motivated people/companies to appoint as agents/distributors throughout South Africa. A strong technical background is strongly recommended as you would be dealing with engineers and like minded technical people in the pursuit of business.
